Models Effected: All S-18 With 3:1 Gear Box

 

If operating with IVO 3-blade quick adjust propeller on 3:1 gearbox on 503 or
582 engine, please inspect propeller frequently as per IVO Propeller service
bulletin number 2.

Failure to do so may cause propeller to loosen and separate from aircraft.
