RANS S-12XL by Kathy Anderson

This is N73KA, my S-12XL Airaile. First flight was November 20, 1999 after about 450 hours of fun building time. These photos were taken over the Kennedy Space Center, where I work.

The plane flew great from the start, the only adjustment needed was to lower the horizontal stabilizer.  It also had a mysterious problem with the tachometer, which we solved after several months of troubleshooting

My plane's options include lights (with landing light), electric start, oil injection on the 503DC, a second fuel tank, warp drive prop and an intercom. A radio and transponder can also be plugged in.
