N77NE, S-6 Super, red & white beauty was started in Feb. 2004 by Ernie Carlson at Bueno Aviation's Fast Build Hangar in Townsend, MT.  It was completed on the 10th of July and 40 hrs. were flown off by Aug. 9th.  It is now approaching 100 hrs. total time, and has proven itself to be a true Montana ranch airplane.

 

Ernie operates out of a 1000 ft strip with no problems.  He got his tailwheel checkout in the "6" in only a few hours.  Prior to that, most of his hours were in a Beech Musketeer.
