Rick Theurer 's S-16

It is powered by a Continental IO-240-B with a Prince P-tip propeller.  Empty weight is 956 pounds.  I am seeing 145 mph at 2300 rpm and 165 at 2750 rpm.  First flight was without incident on 9-4-05 after 5 years of building.
