| We are in motion to dedicate this company to building sport planes in both kit and ready to fly form. The S-7LS is selling steady. The kits seem to have achieved critical mass, with the S-6ES and
S-6S top sellers, the S-7S not far behind. The S-12 Airaile series has just shipped over 1000 units as of a few months ago. Each of these models form the heart of what RANS is, simple flying fun. We want to perform even better for our buying public in all ways possible, to offer more value, faster delivery, and post purchase support is out intent. To do this we are going to concentrate on our best selling models: S-6ES, S-6S, S-7S, S-7LS, and S-12XL. |

| As of June 1st the following RANS aircraft will be out of regular production: S-4/5, S-9, S-10, S-12S, S-14, S-16, S-17, and S-18. |
| Support in both technical and parts will continue for those models. We do have considerable stock of certain planes, which will be sold on a first come first, serve basis. Again we will be supporting these models with both technical and parts for a considerable time. As stocks deplete and these models age, it is reasonable to assume parts will slow in delivery, increase in price, and may even require updating of whole systems to achieve continued airworthiness. |
| A BETTER WING |
| Our new sport wing option for the S-6ES and S-6S will be standard. This wing features hi-tech CNC machine parts and allows for fast assembly of a high performance wing, bringing STOL and high cruise speeds into one wing. |
| S-12XL AIRAILE |
| In our first announcement prior to the Sun and Fun airshow we had stated that this model was to be cut, but due to many favorable responses to keep this model in the line, we have decided to continue with the S-12XL. The S-12S however is going to be cut, but please note the S-12XL can be optioned with dope and fabric to achieve virtually the same plane. We hope we have not caused an inconvenience with this change in plans, and if you were planning a purchase of an Airaile to please have confidence to proceed. |

| S-12XL Airaile is to remain in production; after our announcement to discontinue the Airaile we received enough comments and requests to make a turn about in this decision. Thanks to all who offered opinions and support.

| 4-STROKES AND SPORT WING ONLY |
| Another timely change is the elimination of two stroke engine choices for the S-6 series. The S-12XL Airaile will still be offered with the full selection of engines from the Rotax 503, 582, 912 UL, and 912 ULS. Even though more costly, the Rotax 912 UL and 912 ULS are the engines of choice and demonstrate a better economic out come over time, this is true for any model, and especially true if you fly over 50 hours per year. With the kits priced less firewall forward, the engine purchase can be made months after receiving the kit, therefore over time becoming affordable. The Coyote II’s after June 1st will be sold with Sport Wing as standard. |

| On the horizon is the S-19, a very exciting all metal low wing that was designed for both the kit plane market and SLSA. We are taking orders for the S-19 and expect to be flying the prototype by the end of the year. The first kits will ship shortly after. We will happy to accommodate your wishes in either in one of our highly refined kit planes, the new S-19, in either kit or fly away form, and last but not least the wonderful S-7LS, our current SLSA.
