Large fixtures are used to assure each fuselage is the same. Every tab, tube, gusset or plate is fixture located; making assembly easier and replacement parts that will fit. |

Our weld shop features air-scrubbers, and an air make up system to provide a clean environment for our welders. The weld shop is atypical in the aspect of cleanliness, which we believe results in a higher quality of product. |

We assemble thousands of bikes in our Hays plant; this has proven the better way as opposed to using offshore sources. Many bike frames are also fabricated right along side aircraft. The two products mesh well, since both use many of the same materials and design philosophy, build it light, strong, and low drag. |
