Service Class (Prerequisite for the Maintenance Class) 2 Days April 28-29
Covers basic information on the engine, its systems, operational issues, installation issues, and inspections up to and including the 100 hour condition inspection. The hands-on portion will include oil and filter change, compression check, plug change, friction torque test, and carburetor synchronization. This course is appropriate for owners who just want to know their engine, and for the professional maintainers as the introductory course.
Maintenance Class 2 Days April 30-5/1
Covers more information on the engine and it's systems, trouble shooting, and removal and replacement of major assemblies on the engine such as gearbox, heads, cylinders, pistons, carburetor, intake manifolds, oil pumps, starters, etc. This course is intended for the professional maintainers and those who have or are producing their own amateur built experimental.
Service Class 2 Days May 2-3
