The S-14 Airaile went into production in March of 1991. The S-14 Airaile was designed to provide a performance aircraft with fine handling and balance in a quick build package. Design goals have been met and the S-14 has become a favored plane among aircraft dealers and veteran pilots. Many beginning pilots aspire to the S-14 after training in the S-12. Like many RANS aircraft, the S-14 can be built in the confines of an average garage using normal shop tools and skills.
