Stinger, the S-18 is intended for the BFI Training role, however the sport
flying community will find the Stinger II to be a worthy choice at a very
affordable price. Our staff is having a ball flight testing, the S-18
possesses exceptionally good flying qualities and solid performance on
modest power. Performance numbers are based on gross weight. Take note of the impressive list of standard equipment available on the
Stinger II. The S-18 uses the wing and tail from the very popular and proven S-12XL
Airaile, but because it is a tandem and tailwheel plane, it has its own feel and look.
