How tight should I make the connection between rudder and vertical stabilizer? Should the rudder move freely or smoothly with some tension?

Hi Bryant, the rudder should move freely, you don't want tension, it should at least swing back easily if deflected, but with no slop, hope this makes sense

Thanks Eddie- I loosened the bolts up and it's moving smoothly and solidly. Thanks again for your help!
