I'm specifically asking about KPVS0109 and KPVS0110 - Mine have the leading edge sections removed, which is not consistent with 003-01 drawing in the Parts manual.

Checking prior to closing up the rudder.... Regarding the three AN3's that attach the rudder horn mount tube to the rudder spar, the bottom two get a AN960-10L washer on the front web of the spar, and the top AN3 doesn't call for one. Just want to make sure that is correct before I lose access to it. Thanks Ryan
